We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways: when you register for the watch party or another event; when you rent the film or purchase any product or membership; when you join the Film Room or the Money Vibes Collective; when you apply to or join the Money Vibes 1M ambassador program; when you book a call with us; when you send us an application or other form; when you conduct a transaction with us, our affiliates, or others; and when we collect information about you in support of a transaction, such as payment card information. In some places on this website you have the opportunity to send us personal information about yourself, to elect to receive particular information, to purchase access to one of our products or services, or to participate in an activity.

ARE COOKIES OR OTHER TECHNOLOGIES USED TO COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Yes, we may use cookies and related technologies, such as web beacons and tracking pixels, to collect information on our website. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, if you register with us, a cookie helps Your Money Vibes recall your specific information on subsequent visits.

Referral cookies. When you arrive at this website through an ambassador's or cast member's referral link, we place a cookie that records which ambassador referred you so that we can credit that ambassador if you later make a purchase. This cookie currently lasts 90 days. It does not contain your personal information.

A web beacon is a small graphic image that allows the party that set the web beacon to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of the web page, web-based document or email message, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed. HOW DOES YOUR MONEY VIBES USE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your Money Vibes may keep and use personal information we collect from or about you to provide you with access to this website, the film, the Film Room, the Money Vibes Collective, our events and other products or services; to respond to your requests; to bill you for products or services you purchased; to deliver the digital products, bonuses and login details you are entitled to; to credit and pay ambassadors; to provide ongoing service and support; to contact you with information that might be of interest to you, including information about products and services of ours and of others; to send you reminders about events you registered for; to ask for your opinion about our products; for record keeping and analytical purposes; and to research, develop and improve programs, products, services and content. Personal information collected online may be combined with information you provide to us through other sources. We may also remove your personal identifiers. Once we have de-identified information, it is non-personal information and we may treat it like other non-personal information. Finally, we may use your personal information to protect our rights or property, or to protect someone's health, safety or welfare, and to comply with a law or regulation, court order or other legal process.

DOES YOUR MONEY VIBES SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

We will not share your personal information collected from this website with an unrelated third party without your permission, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. In the ordinary course of business, we may share some personal information with companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf, including our website and marketing platform (HighLevel), payment processors, email and SMS delivery services, video hosting services, and scheduling tools. In all cases in which we share your personal information with a third party for the purpose of providing a service to us, we will not authorize them to keep, disclose or use your information with others except for the purpose of providing the services we asked them to provide.

The film, the Money Vibes Collective curriculum and the live sessions are produced and delivered in partnership with Intuition Wisdom Institute and its teachers. We may share your name, email address and purchase or membership status with Intuition Wisdom Institute so that they can deliver the sessions, calls and community you have joined, respond to your questions, and contact you about related programs. If you were referred by an ambassador or cast member, that ambassador can see that a referral was credited to them, but not your payment details.

We will not sell, exchange or publish your personal information, except in conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, or acquisition. For some transactions, our third-party service vendors (such as payment card companies, clearinghouses and banks) may collect personal information directly from you to assist you with your transaction. We do not control how these third parties use such information.

We may be legally compelled to release your personal information in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law or regulation. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting website visitors who violate our rules or engage in behavior that is harmful to other visitors or illegal. This site and our programs include community spaces (the Film Room and the Money Vibes Collective), live watch-party chat, comment threads and live sessions. Any information you post in these spaces will be visible to other members, so please do not post sensitive information. Whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. We are not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users disclose in any such forums. Your Money Vibes does not agree or disagree with anything posted by members. You must comply with our community rules in the Terms & Conditions regarding postings in our communities.

HOW CAN A USER ACCESS, CHANGE, AND/OR DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Information we collect automatically: your activity on our platform such as film viewing, lesson progress and community activity; details regarding your interactions with customer service; transcripts of any chat conversations you initiate on our platforms; device IDs and device and software characteristics; connection information, statistics on page views, referral URLs and referral codes, IP address, and standard web log information; and information collected via the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies, including ad data.

We use the information we collect to provide, analyze, administer, enhance, and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders, your payments, ambassador commissions, and your communication on these and other topics.

6. PROCESSING FOR LIMITED PURPOSES

In the course of our business, we may collect and process personal data, including data we receive directly from a data subject and data we receive from other sources such as business partners and subcontractors who provide technical, payment, delivery, and other services. The film Your Money Vibes, the Money Vibes Collective curriculum and the live sessions are produced and delivered in partnership with Intuition Wisdom Institute ("our Program Partner"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions or to impose new conditions on use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms & Conditions on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms & Conditions as modified. REGARDING HIGHLEVEL

Our funnels, communities, courses, and automations are built on the HighLevel platform. High Impact Now, Inc. is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with HighLevel Inc. The name "GoHighLevel" and related names, marks, emblems, and images are the property of HighLevel Inc., and your use of the platform is subject to HighLevel's own terms of service and privacy policy.

WHAT WE OFFER

Through the Site you may, among other things:

Register for the free watch party. Registration is free and gives you an invitation to the online premiere of the film and reminders before it starts. Registration alone does not include lifetime access to the film, the bonuses, or a seat in the Film Room.

Rent the film ("Watch in the Room," currently $4.99). Your rental gives you ongoing streaming access to the film inside the Film Room for as long as we host it, the free bonuses listed on the checkout page, and membership in the Film Room community. Access is for one household and is not transferable.

Add order bumps at checkout, such as the Money Vibe ebook and the Activation Kit. These are digital products delivered to your account on purchase.

Join the Money Vibes Collective, a paid membership (currently $47 per month or $497 per year) that includes the Collective lessons, weekly live sessions, the monthly Abundance Reset, and the Collective community.

Purchase programs offered inside the community or on a call with us, such as the Be Unstoppable program and the Certified Money Vibes Practitioner and Trainer certifications. Each program has its own description, price and any additional terms shown at the point of purchase.

Join the Money Vibes 1M ambassador program and earn commissions for referring viewers and members. The Ambassador Program Terms below apply.

Prices, inclusions and availability may change at any time. The price and inclusions shown on the checkout page at the time you purchase are the ones that apply to your order.

FILM LICENSE AND VIEWING RULES

The film Your Money Vibes, the trailer, the cast interviews, the Collective lessons and all related video, audio, images, text and downloads (the "Content") are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to the Company and our Program Partner. When you rent the film or join a membership we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use inside the Film Room, the Collective and any other delivery platform we choose.

You may not: download, record, screen-capture, copy or rip any Content; share your login, stream to others, or screen-share the Content; host a public or group screening, charge admission, or show the Content in a business, classroom, church, event or online group without a written screening license from us; upload the Content or clips of it to YouTube, TikTok, social media or any other platform (the trailer and official clips we provide to ambassadors are the only exception); remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks or credits; or create derivative works from the Content.

The free online premiere is a one-time scheduled event. We may change the date, platform or format of the premiere, and we may remove the public premiere video at any time after the event. Ongoing access to the film is available only through a rental or membership.

We may change the platform on which the Content is hosted, update or replace Content, and discontinue the Film Room or any community with reasonable notice. "Lifetime access" means for the life of the product on our platform, not your lifetime. If we permanently discontinue the film, we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email to film renters.

OUR LIMITED LICENSE TO YOU

This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of us and/or our affiliates, our Program Partner or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use, and these Terms & Conditions provide to you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Site conditioned on your continued compliance with all of the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions. ONLINE COMMERCE AND PURCHASES

When you purchase products or services on or through the Site, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that specifically apply to your purchase, including the Refund Policy below. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party's personal information to us, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party.

Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing of purchases, logins or Content is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized, an infringing use of our copyrighted material, and may subject violators to liability and termination of access.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number. If a recurring payment for a membership is declined, our system will automatically pause access to the Collective. We will make every attempt to contact you to help resolve the issue, and once the billing issue is resolved we will restore access.

MEMBERSHIPS AND BILLING

The Money Vibes Collective monthly membership renews automatically each month, and the annual membership is a one-time payment for twelve (12) months of access, until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already processed are not refunded. Membership prices may change with at least thirty (30) days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

COMMUNITY RULES (FILM ROOM AND COLLECTIVE)

The Film Room and the Money Vibes Collective include features such as watch-party chat, discussion threads, polls, live sessions and recordings. Responsibility for what is posted lies with each member; you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide. It is a condition of your membership that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other member from using and enjoying the community.
• Use the community to impersonate any person or entity, including any cast member, teacher or staff member, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the community.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind.
• Post or transmit any information, software or other material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner.
• Post or transmit any material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
• Use the community to advertise, promote or sell your own or any third party's products, services, programs, readings, coaching, investments, crypto, MLM or business opportunities, or to solicit members, without our express written approval. Ambassadors may share their Your Money Vibes referral link where we have provided a place for it.
• Record, screenshot or redistribute live sessions, other members' posts, or any Content.
• Give or solicit specific financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice, or present any teaching from the film or the Collective as a guarantee of money, income or financial results.
• Gather for marketing purposes any email addresses or other personal information that has been posted by other members.

Any member failing to comply with these rules may be removed from and refused continued access to the community, without refund. Your Money Vibes or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Information and content posted within the communities may be provided by Your Money Vibes staff, our Program Partner, cast members, guest teachers, or by members not connected with Your Money Vibes. We expressly disclaim all responsibility and endorsement and make no representation as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information or statement made or displayed in these communities by third parties. Under no circumstances will we, our affiliates, suppliers or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through these communities.

We want every single member to add value to the group. Our goal is to make the Film Room and the Collective the most valuable communities you are a member of. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove anyone at any time. We rarely do this, but we want to let you know how seriously we take our communities.

REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Site, such as the watch party, the Film Room, the Collective, the ambassador program or booking a call, you will be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration will require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and, in some cases, mobile number. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and to update this information when it changes. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. PASSWORDS

To use certain features of the Site, you will need a username and password, which you will receive through the registration or purchase process. TERMINATION

No waiver by Your Money Vibes of any right under these Terms & Conditions will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Your Money Vibes as a result of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Site. Participation in the ambassador program does not make you an employee, agent or legal representative of the Company or our Program Partner. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings & Results Disclaimer and Ambassador Program Terms, represent the entire agreement between you and Your Money Vibes with respect to use of the Site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Your Money Vibes with respect to the Site. You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of Your Money Vibes.

HOW IT WORKS

When you join, you receive a personal referral link. When someone clicks your link, a referral cookie is placed in their browser (currently lasting 90 days). If that person makes a qualifying purchase on yourmoneyvibes.com while the cookie is active, the sale is credited to you and you earn the commission below. Commissions are credited only on purchases our system tracks to your link. We may, at our discretion, credit a sale manually when a buyer names you as their referring cast member or ambassador, but we are not obligated to do so.

COMMISSION RATES

• Film rental ($4.99): a flat $4.00 per completed rental.
• Order bumps (Money Vibe ebook, Activation Kit): 30% of the purchase price.
• Money Vibes Collective monthly ($47): 30% of each payment, for up to the first twelve (12) payments by that member.
• Money Vibes Collective annual ($497): 30% of the one-time payment.

PAYOUTS

Commissions are held for thirty (30) days after the purchase to allow for refunds and chargebacks, then paid monthly (Net-30) by bank transfer to the payout details on your ambassador account. • Use paid advertising that bids on "Your Money Vibes," "Money Vibes," cast members' names or our other trademarks, or run paid ads to your link without written approval.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or texts, post your link in communities that prohibit it, or use cookie-stuffing, pop-unders, forced clicks, iframes, link cloaking that hides the destination, or any technique that places a referral cookie without a genuine click.
• Present yourself as Your Money Vibes, a cast member, a teacher or an employee, or use our logos or the cast's names and likenesses in a way that implies endorsement beyond the materials we provide.
• Offer cash back, rebates or incentives for purchases made through your link.
• Upload the film, lessons or any Content other than the official trailer and clips we provide.
• Use our materials in connection with any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or discriminatory.

CAST MEMBERS

Cast members may receive a different commission schedule and a referral link to the free watch-party page. Cast-specific rates are shown in your ambassador account. Everything else in these terms applies to cast members.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES

We may remove you from the program at any time, with or without cause, and may withhold or reverse commissions for sales obtained in breach of these terms. You may leave the program at any time by emailing [email protected]; commissions already earned and not reversed will be paid on the normal schedule. We may change these Ambassador Program Terms or end the program at any time with notice by email or on the ambassador page.

RELATIONSHIP AND DISCLOSURE

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Your Money Vibes, High Impact Now, Inc. or Intuition Wisdom Institute. You have no authority to bind us. You must comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and any similar law where you live, including clearly disclosing that you may earn a commission from your link (for example, "I earn a small commission if you rent the film through my link"). You are responsible for your own compliance with all laws that apply to you.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds, cancellations, and conduct.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your access to the Site, the Film Room, the Collective or any part of the Site at any time without prior notice for breach of our Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the part of the Site affected. Any restrictions imposed on you with respect to materials downloaded from the Site, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in the Terms & Conditions, shall continue to apply even after termination.

REFUND POLICY

Except for the 7-Day Guarantee on the film rental described below, we do not offer refunds for any of our products or services. Our digital products are delivered instantly, and due to the nature of intellectual property, once accessed they cannot be "unseen" or returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary content and you agree to the finality of the sale.

FILM RENTAL: 7-DAY GUARANTEE

If you rent the film ($4.99) and it is not for you, email [email protected] within seven (7) days of your order date with the email address used at checkout and we will refund the $4.99 rental price to your original payment method, no questions asked, typically within 5 to 10 business days. The guarantee covers the film rental only and is limited to one refund per customer. Upon refund, your access to the film, the bonuses and the Film Room is revoked, and any ambassador commission on the sale is reversed.

ORDER BUMPS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The Money Vibe ebook, the Activation Kit and any other digital product added at checkout or purchased separately are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, unless the offer page for that product expressly states otherwise.

MONEY VIBES COLLECTIVE (SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ANNUAL)

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time to avoid future charges. Payments already processed will not be refunded. Cancellation affects only future billing, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. The annual membership is a one-time, non-refundable payment for twelve (12) months of access and does not renew automatically unless you choose to renew.

FREE EVENTS

The watch party, the Abundance Reset and other free events are provided at no charge. We may change the date, time, platform or format of any free event, or cancel it, at any time. Free events are not a purchase and no compensation is owed if an event is changed or cancelled.

BE UNSTOPPABLE AND OTHER PROGRAMS

Enrollment in Be Unstoppable or any other program or course grants immediate access to proprietary materials and live sessions. Because these services begin upon enrollment, we do not provide refunds once access is granted or the program has begun, unless the offer page for that program expressly states otherwise.

CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS (PRACTITIONER AND TRAINER)

The Certified Money Vibes Practitioner and Trainer programs are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign at the time of purchase. Unless that agreement states otherwise: once you have enrolled you are responsible for the full program fee; requests for cancellation or withdrawal will not release you from your obligation to pay any outstanding balance; failure to participate or complete the program does not excuse the obligation to pay the agreed fee in full; and if you violate the terms of your agreement and are removed from the program, you remain responsible for the full program cost with no refund.

PAYMENT PLANS AND FAILED PAYMENTS

If you are using a payment plan and any payment is declined or insufficient for any reason, you will have a fourteen (14) calendar day grace period to resolve the outstanding balance. If the balance is not paid before the end of the grace period, your access will be paused and you may be removed from the program, and the balance may be referred to a third-party collection service. Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid disruption.

CHARGEBACKS

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while the dispute is open and may permanently terminate your access, your community membership and your ambassador account if the dispute is resolved in our favor. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND PROGRAM ACCESS

As a member or participant, you are expected to conduct yourself respectfully. Any behavior that is detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of other members or participants will result in immediate removal from the community or program without reimbursement. Access is limited to the individual who made the purchase. Sharing, selling, or distributing your login credentials, the film or program materials is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Company.

CONFIDENTIALITY

While we aim to foster a safe and supportive environment in all our communities and programs, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the group format. Information shared by participants may be accessible to Company personnel, our Program Partner and other participants. Please be mindful of what you share in community posts, watch-party chat or live sessions, as we cannot control third-party actions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide no warranties regarding the success or results of our film, communities or programs. All materials and services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or timeliness. You are fully responsible for your own progress and results. We make no guarantees or representations regarding your future success, including money, income, abundance or financial outcomes. Results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Roseville, California, under the laws of the State of California, and each party will bear its own legal costs. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuits against the Company.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to resolve any disputes individually, and class actions or collective arbitration claims are not permitted. Should this Class Action Waiver be found unenforceable, the entire dispute resolution provision shall be void, and the dispute will be heard in a court of law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this policy is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

ASSIGNMENT

This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written consent. The Company reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations to any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without your consent.
